work from home

Mijn lieve schattige balkon!

My pretty little balcony! It's the sunniest spot in the apartment so therefor also my favourite! Yesterday I was doing some writing at home instead of the lab. All day I could just read the articles in the sun and walk around in my relaxing outfit + crocs (don't judge, you know you love them too). I just love being able to enjoy the weather and the balcony is just perfect for that. There are windows all around and if it gets really warm like yesterday, you can slide them to the sides. A few weeks ago we planted some colourful sweet peas and herbs and look how big they are now! We also got a real pea plant as a gift so let's see how that is gonna go. I really think I have "green fingers" just like my grandpa. Ohhh, I wish I had a garden that I could stuff full with nice flowers and plants!

For the people that are wondering: the copper flower pot and net are from Lagerhaus, yellow flower pot is from Flying Tiger, chair and pillow are second hand, plaid is from IKEA and the little gold man is a DIY (click here to see how I made it).
